What to do in such a case so today i came with an trick with the help of this you will be able to open your mobile if you don't  know the password or pin of your mobile. So here the trick just follow the same procedure and if you face any problem then ask me in the comment box. 

             here is the list of steps to be followed 

1. you should have a gmail account 
2. remember the id and password of you account it may help you to get back your details, message , contact, number ,apps installed etc.
3.now it depends upon phone to phone here is the video which will teach you all the methods what to do if you not remember your pin.

 4. the steps are provided in the video watch it carefully it will show you the exact what to do.
5.after hard reset the main step comes now you have totally reset your phone now you have to get your data back so for this you have to follow these steps
6. go to settings 
7.go to account 
8. in that add google account 
9.type your email id and password 
10. your all data is restored.
